By accessing or using the ossoHR platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ossoHR is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that provides tools for employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, performance reviews, and related HR operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

ossoHR offers a free tier for up to 3 users. Beyond the free tier, the Service is billed at INR 1 per employee per day. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure at any time with advance notification to active subscribers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

- Collect or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent.

- Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ossoHR and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ossoHR.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant ossoHR a licence to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties for marketing purposes.

In no event shall ossoHR, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

- Any content obtained from the Service.

- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ossoHR and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of Your Data within 30 days of termination, after which we reserve the right to delete it.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
